Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, Elevated Surface (i.e. Bench, Box, Table, Chair)

 
 

Workout

Perform each stretch for anywhere between 30 seconds to 2 mins. 
Wall-Assisted Chest Stretch
Lat Stretch
Elevated Prayer Pose
Thread The Needle
