Background
Zippy is a theater performance college graduate and has always been athletic, being a tennis player in her early years all the way through college. However, her true fitness journey started around 5 years ago when deciding to take a Zumba class. Dance/Cardio fitness originally ignited her curiosity in strength training which ultimately resulted in her interest in starting a career in fitness. She started teaching small group fitness classes to training one on one and it’s naturally become her mission to help other women.
Zippy has now been training women via private and group sessions for around 3 years. Her approach to strength training is first and foremost about having fun and secondly, proper form and technique. She’s incredibly passionate about creating a safe space for women to learn and grow in the gym so that they’re excited to spend time there, take up space, focus on themselves!
