In our small group sessions, it is our mission to offer the same quality coaching as one-on-one training, along with establishing a community of like-minded women who are ready to get healthy, confident, and strong as hell.
Our group sessions have limited capacity to guarantee that our ladies receive dedicated attention, and work to motivate, educate, and, above all, inspire them to lift and train out of passion and not obligation.

Ladies Who Lift Studios Coaching Staff

Rae Reichlin created Ladies who Lift after watching many of her female clients have the physical and mental breakthroughs they never thought possible through learning to lift properly and with confidence.
Having experienced it herself, Rae understands the fear, apprehension, and misinformation, that can sometimes come along with lifting and getting stronger, and wanted to create a space and environment where women felt comfortable to come together to learn and perfect this method of training.
Ladies who Lift promotes empowerment through pushing one's own boundaries, and being there for others who are trying to do the same. By educating women about each of their bodies needs and impressive capabilities Ladies who Lift aims to leave clients ready to lead happy, healthy, connected lives.

Brittany is an ACE Fitness Certified Personal Trainer and additionally holds a specialty Certification in Pre/Post Natal Training. She has experience as a group fitness coach and trained 1:1 both in-person and online.

Their coaching journey began at an early age, when they started helping their mom teach ice skating at just seven years old. Remi’s sports history includes speed skating in the Junior Olympics, playing rugby for Team USA, and attending college as a Division 1 athlete.

How to Create an Account
We highly recommend creating an account so that when you book appointments, they will be saved to your profile. That way, you can see your past and upcoming sessions.
If you book sessions without being signed in, you will not see them in your profile (only in your confirmation emails).
To create an account:
Go to any of our embedded scheduler modules
Click on “Sign Up” in the top right hand corner
Enter in your email, password, and agree to the terms of service
BookINg Sessions
There are two main ways to book your appointments once you have purchased a subscription or package.
A reminder that you will need to be signed into your account if you wish to save and manage appointments to your profile.
Easiest: Use the link in your confirmation email. It will take you right to the booking page and auto-fill known information such as your name and email.
Sign into your profile by visiting any of our booking modules on the training pages or using this link. Once signed in, you can use any booking module or, in your profile, you can select “Appointments” and then “Book a New Appointment”. Once you select an appointment, you’ll need to fill out each required field in the checkout process and paste in your package/subscription code (if applicable). You can view your active codes at any time in your profile.
Here is an example of a subscription confirmation email.
To book an appointment, you’d simply click on “schedule” and go through the check out process.
You can log into your profile using any booking module and clicking “Login” in the top right corner. Once logged in, you’ll be able to see upcoming and past appointments that were booked with this profile and manage any existing codes.
If you wanted to book appointments at a later date, you can grab your package or subscription code in the “Manage codes” folder!

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy Reminder:
If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session in order for that session to remain usable in the future.
For Unlimited and Unlimited+ Members Only:
Late Cancel: If you email our team within 24 hours of your appointment, you’ll incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
No Show Fee: If you don’t show up for a session that you are scheduled for, you will be charged a $20 no show fee without exceptions.
Please note that late cancellations and no shows for individual appointments and class packs will result in a loss of the appointment.

Ladies Who Lift Studios is an inclusive women’s space meant to serve and support those who are female-identifying and non-binary.

Yes. We are trained and experienced in working with people who are brand new to strength training, advanced lifters, and anything in between.

If you’re a true beginner to strength training, we recommend starting with some 1:1 personal training sessions with an LWL coach. This will allow you to move at your own pace and have your coach’s undivided attention so you can learn the movements, nail your technique, and get more comfortable with lifting.

Even if you do your actual workouts on your own time, we strongly encourage you to at least be working online with a coach and following a structured strength training program.
LWL Studios makes it easy to get hands-on coaching through either 1:1 personal training or small group training — ensuring you’re using proper and safe technique, understanding the movements, and progressing over time.

Yup. We welcome people from all fitness levels, as well as all body types, shapes, and sizes.

We do not. We give diet culture a big middle finger, actually. We’re here to support you in getting strong as hell, pushing your physical and mental limits, and becoming as empowered and confident as possible. Also, your goals with your body are 100% your own. We’ll offer the support you need, based on what you want to achieve.

We have specialized training and are certified in prenatal personal training. The benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle, including modified strength training, during pregnancy are well documented. If you’re pregnant, we highly recommend working with one of our coaches one on one.
Note: we are not medical professionals, physical therapists, or pelvic floor specialists. Please check with your healthcare provider for guidance in these matters.

We are located at 4747 N Ashland Ave. in Chicago. There is street parking available on both Ashland and Lawrence. These are both busy streets, so we recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes.
