Equipment Needed: You, a bench or box, gliders or towels (optional Dumbbell and Mini band)

 

THE Workout

Workout: Complete the entire workout from top to bottom and then bottom to top. Then repeat the entire workout again in either direction you prefer

10 Bearcrawl

10 Box Hopovers

20 Glider Knee Tucks

20 Squat Pulses (with or without dumbbell & mini band)

30 Sprinter Crunches (15 per side)

30 Lateral High Knees stick

40 Jumping Jacks 

40 Glute Bridges (with or without a mini band & dumbbell)

50 Mountain Climbers (25 per side)

50 Jump Lunges (25 per side)
