In this workout you will have 3 circuits to complete. You will complete 3-4 rounds of each circuit performing each exercise for 40 seconds, and then resting 20 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.

Once you finish 3-4 rounds of the given circuit you will rest 3 minutes (or as long as needed) before moving on to the next circuit.

 

THE Workout

 

CIRCUIT 1:

40 seconds on 20 seconds off

A1: DUMBBELL THRUSTER
A2: SPRINTER CRUNCH
A3: TOE TAP

**rest 3 minutes**

CIRCUIT 2:

40 seconds on 20 seconds off

B1: REVERSE LUNGE KNEE DRIVE
B2: DEADSTOP PUSH UP
B3: FLUTTER KICKS

**rest 3 minutes**

CIRCUIT 3:

40 seconds on 20 seconds off

C1: SIDE SHUFFLE TOUCH
C2: PLANK WALK UPS
C3: STRAIGHT LEG SIT UP (HAVE WEIGHTS IN BOTH HANDS)

**rest 3 minutes**
