We are going to push that sled the length of turf or gym space provided and pull it on the way back. Swinging away with that kettlebell and mixing in some Stability ball core work! Lets go!

 

THE WORKOUT

 

SET A

Sled Push on way down

Sled Pull all the way back

Stability Ball Roll Out
10-12 reps

Rest as needed between sets 1-2 minutes 
Repeat 3-5 rounds


SET B

Kettlebell Marches
30-60 seconds/side

Kettlebell Swings
10-15 reps

Stability Ball V Ups
10-15 reps

Rest as needed between sets 1-2 minutes
Repeat 3-5 rounds
