Improve the health of your shoulders with this one move! C.A.R. stands for Controlled Articular Rotation. With CARs we are moving a joint through its maximum range of motion. You can think of it like drawing a big circle. Imagine there is a pen at the end of your hand, try drawing the biggest circle you can with that pen, while moving slowly, with control.

 
 

Workout

Start in a quadruped position (hands and knees on the floor)
Perform 3-5 Shoulder CARS going in each direction on each arm
Move as slowly as possible
