SAFELY LOADING DUMBBELL FOR GLUTE BRIDGE

Ever want to progress in weight for your Glute Bridges. Here is a nice little tip and a safe way to get those heavier dumbbells placed on your hips.


 
 
  1. Grab your dumbbell of desired weight place it on the floor.

  2. Lay down on your side

  3. Position yourself so that the dumbbell would sit on your hips. 

  4. You're going to grab that dumbbell with one hand and place that other hand either interlaced or on top of the dumbbell to guide it. 

  5. Then simply roll onto your back

  6. Get to work!

P.S. to get the weight off simply turn to your side and guid that dumbbell down off your hips.
