Meet YouR Fitness Coach

  • Amy fell in love with strength training during her high school Volleyball team’s off-season, where they were introduced to the weight room. She loved the way that strength training made her feel strong and powerful. She felt more confident, empowered and started to see her body for what it could do, rather than what it looked like.

    With a passion for health and fitness, it was natural that Amy got certified to be a personal trainer in her senior year of college while pursuing her pre-med degree. She loved introducing her fellow college women to the weight room, where it was 95% male (read: frat bro) dominated. She loved helping them feel comfortable, not intimidated, and confident enough to return to the weight room on their own. She has been coaching clients for 7 years and lives for getting her clients stronger, healthier, and more confident. Her favorite part of coaching clients is seeing the way that building strength and confidence in the weight room oozes out into other areas of her client’s life.

Ladies Who Lift is an all-female strength training program that focuses on fitness training programs, workshops, classes, nutrition education, and habit reform with the aim to educate, empower, and inspire women of all shapes, sizes, fitness, and lifting backgrounds.

In-Person Fitness Coaching

Train one-on-one with a Ladies Who Lift Coach in person. Work with our personal trainers to make sure you are executing your exercises correctly, getting strong, reaching your goals, and getting kick-ass workouts along the way.

Custom Training For Your Goals

Training sessions are customized based on your individual and unique goals, abilities, training level, and injuries.

What Our members Are Saying

FAQs

  • Training sessions are 60 minutes long.

  • A normal session will consist of a dynamic warm up, followed by a workout designed by your trainer to fit your body, goals, and fitness level. Trainer will provide form corrections, technique cues, and answer any other questions along the way so you leave feeling educated and empowered.

  • No problem! LWL offers multiple online personal custom training options.

  • Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so within that time frame.

    If a session is cancelled within less than 24 hours, that session is considered redeemed.

    Also, any minutes late to a session are removed from that hour. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
