Equipment Needed: A Med Ball or even a pillow

 

THE Workout

You will perform 1- 6 each for intervals of 60 seconds with minimal rest in between exercises.
After you complete the circuit take 60 seconds of rest and get back at it starting from the top. You can perform 2-4 times through.
You can start with whatever weight you prefer for that med ball and work your way up for either more reps or heavier weight. You vs. You!

 

#1 wall ball


#2 Elevated staggered push up

(30 seconds per side)


#3 Med ball rotations

(30-60 seconds per side)


#4 side to side dips

#5 Med ball slams


#6 wall sit
