Improve the health of your hips with this one move! C.A.R. stands for Controlled Articular Rotation. With CARs we are moving a joint through its maximum range of motion. You can think of it like drawing a circle. Imagine there is a pen at the end of your knee, try drawing the biggest circle you can with that pen.
Equipment Needed: Yoga mat
Workout:
Start in a quadruped position (hands and knees on the floor)
Perform 3-5 Hip CARS going in each direction on each leg
Move as slowly as possible
