This is a quick cardio and core based workout that is great to do in those times you are stuck in the hotel room, air bnb, or in-laws house without any equipment, OR just in need of a quick little sweaty sesh!
Equipment Needed: Your body! And possibly a yoga mat!
Workout:
This workout has 6 exercises.
We will take our first two exercises and perform them back to back, working for 30 seconds, and resting for 20 seconds.
We will complete 3 rounds of each exercise.
Then we will take a 1 minute break before moving onto the next set of exercises.
ROUND ONE
Perform 3 rounds
30 seconds on 20 seconds off
A1: HIGH KNEES W/ STICK
A2: IN PLACE BEAR CRAWL
REST 1 MINUTE
Round Two
Perform 3 rounds
30 seconds on 20 seconds off
B1: SQUAT HOLD W/ JUMP
B2: MOVING PLANK
REST 1 MINUTE
Round Three
Perform 3 rounds
30 seconds on 20 seconds off
C1: SCISSOR SWITCH LUNGE
C2: FLUTTER KICK
