Deep Lunge Rocks x 5
Deep Lunge Knee Press Outs x 5
World’s greatest stretch x 5
*repeat on other leg
Hamstring stretch to deep lunge x 5 each side
Cat Cow x 3-5
Bird Dog x 10 each side
