DEADLIFT SET UP TIP

If you or your gym does not have bumper plates and you are not at a weight yet where you are using 45lb plates on each side, we want to be sure that we are setting ourselves up for success and lifting with the proper form.
We want to raise the bar up to us so that it sits above our ankles and above our ankles. You can do so using plates, yoga blocks, risers, etc to bring the floor up to you. Check your bar height before getting into your first rep to be sure you are good to go
Equipment Needed: Barbell plates; yoga blocks or risers
