Core is everyone's favorite right?! LOL But it is something that I get asked from a lot of clients to add in. These moves are great for a core stabilization workout and you are sure to feel your core light up right from the first round!
Equipment Needed: Just your body

 

Workout:

Set 2

Marching Glute Bridges 8 reps/side 
Plank Toe Touch 8 reps/side
Side Plank Rotations 6 reps/side 

2 ROUNDS

Set 1

Birddogs 10 reps/side 
Supine Toe Taps 10 reps/side 

2 ROUNDS
