BESTIE SWEAT PART 3: BANDS + BALLS

Everything's better with friends - especially cardio! These are my favorite moves to do with my workout buddies. Each exercise is tough and guaranteed to be a challenge but with your friend by your side, you’re sure to have a good time! Laughs guaranteed.

Equipment Needed: Resistance Band, Medicine ball

 

Workout:

6 exercises
2-3 rounds through

SET A: MEDICINE BALL

A1: Med ball rotation throw to partner
15 reps/side per partner

A2: Med ball slam to chest press
10 slams per partner

3 rounds total

SET B: RESISTANCE BAND

B1: Resistance band sprint
1x down + back about 30 yards (Use the length of the space you have available)

B2: Partner Pallof Press
15 presses per partner per side

B3: Banded backwards walk
1x down + back about 30 yards (Use the length of the space you have available)

3 rounds total

SET C: BODYWEIGHT FINISHER

C1: Fast feet agility reactions drill
45 seconds of fast feet reactions, then rest while your partner works

3 rounds total
