Workout:
Rotation sweeps x 5-10 each side
Segmented Roll x 3
Forward Fold Walk x 5-10 each side
Down Dog Pedal x 10 each side
Deep Lunge Rocks x 5 each side
Hamstring stretch to deep lunge x 5 each side
World’s greatest stretch x 5 each side
Deep Squat Reach x 5-10 each side
Forward fold x 3 breaths
