Complete each workout for 30-45 seconds, then rest 15 seconds before moving to the next

-Active plank x10

Round Two

-farmer carry march x15 reps/side
-glider knee tucks x10

Round Three

3 SETS NO REST BETWEEN 
-star sit up x8/side
-side plank hip dip x8/side
