You will get your core burning and feeling strong. Add this on to the end of any of your strength days or do alone as just a little something :) Either way we never need an entire hour of Core work!

Equipment Needed: Yourself and a mat

 

Workout:

Complete each workout for 30-45 seconds, then rest 15 seconds before moving to the next

02-Alternating ½ Bicycles

01-Side Plank Reach & Crunch

04-Alternating Heel Touches

03-Side Plank Hip Dips

Rest 1-2 Minutes & Repeat for 2 or 3 rounds (total)
