Equipment Needed: yoga mat, light dumbbell or kettlebell

 

Workout:

 

ROUND ONE

Side plank hip dip (right)  x10
Side plank hip dip (left)  x10
½ kneeling chop (right) x10
½ kneeling chop (left) x10
Perform twice

Round Two

Single arm full sit up (right)x10
Single arm full sit up (left) x10
Spider climber-alternating x8/side
Perform twice

Finish

Hollow body Hold 3x
Active plank 3 x 3 with 5 second isometric hold.
